Outback Steakhouse, Inc. runs one of the largest casual steakhouse chains in the United States, Outback Steakhouse. The chain consists of more than 600 Australian-themed restaurants in 47 states and several countries. The dinner-only restaurants serve moderately priced entrees such as seasoned steaks, prime rib, chicken, seafood, and pasta. The chain's signature, however, is an appetizer, the 'Bloomin' Onion.' The company also runs the Carrabba's Italian Grill chain, which includes about 70 dinner-only restaurants offering moderately priced Italian cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Outback Steakhouse, Inc. is also involved in two emerging restaurant chains: an upscale steakhouse called Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, and another upscale chain called Roy's Restaurants, which features 'east-west' cuisine and was founded by celebrated chef Roy Yamaguchi.

KOOKABURRA WINGS
Outback Steakhouse Copycat Recipe

Chicken wings tossed in a savory blend of secret spices and paired with our cool creamy Blue cheese dressing and celery. Choose mild, medium or hot.

Makes 40

40 wings
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup Louisiana hot sauce
2 teaspoons taco seasoning from envelope mix
2 teaspoons Good Seasons Italian Dressing from envelope mix
oil for frying

Heat butter, sauce, and seasons over medium heat until all flavors are well blended. Fry wings for 10 minutes or until done. Toss wings and sauce together while wings are still hot.

Notes:

Hotter: add more hot sauce. 
Really Hot: add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.

  2. This recipe is maybe 15 to 25% close to tasting like outbacks. I made 2 things of sauce. One to the exact recipe and one adding ingredients according to my tast I reduced the second batches hot sauce to 1/3 the original calls for 2/3 wich gives it to much of a buffalo taste. Then I added 2 more tbl spoons of butter added one more table spoon of taco powder. And it tasted a little more like it. But I think it would be better to add it to the flower. And I know outback uses tumeric witch none of it contains that. But ill keep working on it and let you all know
