SHRIMP EN FUEGO
1 lb of cleaned and shelled shrimp
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 jar of garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce
1/2 teaspoon or more of Sirrachi Chili sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Saute mushrooms and tomatoes til almost soft. Pour in Alfredo sauce and Sirrachi sauce. Mix well. Add shrimp, heat till cooked. Serve over fettuccine or spaghetti noodles.
