FILET FOCACCIA SANDWICH
Topped with melted provolone cheese and garlic herb aioli on toasted bread. served with a side of au jus for dipping.
Roasted Garlic Aioli:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons roasted garlic
black pepper, to taste
kosher salt, to taste
2 teaspoons thyme (Fresh Chopped)
2 teaspoons rosemary (Fresh Chopped)
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Place in a small container.
Refrigerate aioli for a few hours before use to allow flavors to combine.

1 (10 1/2 oz) can French onion soup
1 can cold water
1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef broth
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring this mixture to a boil.
